What You Get
Cigarettes can be purchased from a single stick, as it's called in Cambodia, to a case. Hand rolled cigarettes are usually sold a few at a time, or in a bag of 250. Buying by the carton usually saves you about 20% over the single pack price.
The most popular local cigarettes cost between 20 and 25 cents a pack. The cheap brands sell for 4 cents a pack. And the benchmark Marlboro's sell for a dollar a pack, or $8 per carton.
